Procedure for collection

Most people contact us when they have exhausted all avenues for collection of their existing debts. We have direct access to the Courts to pursue legal avenues of collection.

Conducting searches is the first step in understanding who you are dealing with and what financial position they are in. Armed with this simple information, and information about the debt, we are able to advise you on the best possible legal strategy to enforce and collect the debt that is rightfully owed to you.

The appropriate procedure may be any of the following:

- negotiated settlement;

- filing a claim in any of the Queensland Courts, depending on the amount of the debt;

- assisting you to be self represented;

- filing a statutory demand to wind up the company.
